Counseling Philosophy

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to best support my clients, often incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused brief counseling, person centered talk therapy and play therapy.  I offer a variety of modalities to best reach my client's goals including a holistic approach to treatment.  I have worked extensively with children, adolescents and adults improving a variety of areas including ADHD, school problems, parenting, social/emotional issues, self-harm, adjustment issues such as divorce and grief, behavior management, trauma, anxiety and depression.
