Meet Dr. Kelsey Ondriezek

Dr. Kelsey Ondriezek, LPC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost a decade of experience walking alongside people through some of their most difficult seasons. She has supported individuals and families in adult corrections, juvenile justice, residential treatment, schools, outpatient clinics, and private practice, giving her a deep appreciation for the many ways people learn, grow, and heal.

Kelsey earned her Doctor of Professional Counseling from Mississippi College, her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University, and her Bachelor’s degree in Education, Writing, and Philosophy from Georgia Southern University. She is also a National Certified Counselor.

Kelsey approaches therapy from a person-centered foundation, getting to know clients as whole people and shaping her work around their strengths and goals. She incorporates evidence-based models including DBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, experiential family therapy, and structural family therapy. She also enjoys using play therapy and expressive techniques with clients of all ages, with a special interest in sand tray therapy, which offers a deeply healing space for clients to express, explore, and make sense of their inner world.

Clients often seek her out when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and not sure which direction to take next.. They appreciate her steady presence and her ability to help them untangle what’s weighing on them while reconnecting with hope, joy, and meaningful change.
